Well Being in Cologne

We ordered through Lieferando. Unfortunately, the expectations were significantly higher than what ultimately arrived. The food was okay, but not good enough for € 12. Rice was not included in any curry, it had to be ordered extra for € 12. Those who ordered extra vegan meat only got 3 small pieces thrown on top of the food. So all in all you could eat it, but I wouldn't order it again.

Well Being has become our favorite restaurant in Cologne. The vegan food knocks us off our feet every time! Every time a "feel good" experience. Today we ordered for the first time. Very friendly contact. Particularly noteworthy was the delivery in reusable bowls from which we poured the food and were able to give it back to the nice driver immediately (also possible against a deposit). Sustainability and environmental awareness are simply lived in the restaurant.

Highly recommend the vegan duck. Nuoc Nam chay is great Very friendly and helpful Nicely decorated. Everything is vegan and plastic free for take away Price performance is ok. I find the portion a bit small for the price, though. Veggie chicken doesn't really suit my taste - I prefer the excellent duck. Also once had a curry there are better tastes in Cologne - but each different For the duck I can only say great! !

Pick-up only with face mask. Personnel only hand over with a face mask. Large selection of dishes and very tasty!

Delicious food. Somewhat weird decoration. Price performance is absolutely ok. One star deduction because card payment is not possible. In 2010 it would have been 5 stars.

Can't understand why this shop has received so many good ratings. The veggie duck in chilli-ginger sauce (No. 77) was absolutely meaningless and devoid of any taste. The vegetables used were all frozen and swam in ready-made sauce. Overall way too expensive for what it was, you can eat far better for less money.

Amazing place to eat! The whole menu is vegan. Great. Staff is not that fast, but they try. Food is amazing and more than enough. You only can pay by cash.

Very cosy place , I just came without reservation , which I suggest do a a booking. Very good vibes and friendly and fast. I just couldn’t read the menu, just very small printed, anyway, food was delicious, Iwill be back! Thank you

We were here for the first time today and we are absolutely thrilled. Everything was really super delicious, the vegetables were crispy and the attentive and cordial service and a wonderful ambience. Can only be recommended - also for non-vegetarians and vegans ☺

Don't live vegan yourself, but I find it really delicious here and the portions are huge, so that you are very full every time. The owner is very sweet, kind and always very attentive and friendly.

I liked it here. The service is friendly and attentive. The food was really good too. The different types of meat substitutes are surprisingly similar to their animal counterparts. Nevertheless, I would have liked the food to be a bit more intense in terms of taste. Usually you don't have to make a reservation here.

It was a very nice evening in the restaurant. The flair is very nice and the kitchen does an excellent job as the vegan "meat dishes" tasted like the original. The service is also very nice and courteous. I will gladly come again.

Location very convenient for an instant lunchtime, will be going to again. The ambiance here is generally welcoming so you never have to wait very long to be offered. The people who work here are extremely wonderful and generally very helpful specifically to my sister that has food allergies. My very little sister and I were really impressed with the high quality ingredients that are locally sourced, every thing tasted genuinely fresh. Wonderful value for money And wonderful food too! Hardly ever unfulfilled with the meals And for the level of quality the prices are excellent as well.

Overall it was okay but disappointing. The service was not very friendly. I was expecting a little family restaurant and it was more like chain restaurant.The food was nice but not great. It was not a bad experience but I will not go back.

This is definitely one of the top vegan restaurants I've been to. I had a "seafood plate"(can't remember the name), I love how they made the veggies look and feel like sea food. You should make reservations before you go because it's often packed.

The food was good... The service was terrible. Charged for tap water (which he eyerolled at when asked for), overcharged for cocktails - "it's the menu that's wrong", and charged for items we didn't order. Honestly it seemed like he was trying to rinse us because we were tourists, fortunately we had a native German with us who was able to query the charges. Make sure you get the receipt.

It was great!! The food was delicious, staff was really friendly, everything was sustainable! Lovely atmosphere, i'll go there again!

Worst service of my life--would never return to this restaurant. I went to this restaurant today for the first time at 3pm at lunch. The server looked irritated when I entered the restaurant, but he seated anyway (though they close at 4, there were only 2 people in the restaurant, and I assumed he was irritated that his shift wasn't going to end early). I went to order a dish from the lunch special menu, as it said on the menu that the lunch special dishes were until 4pm. When I ordered the dish from the lunch menu, the server rudely told me that the kitchen closed at 3pm (it was now about was about 3:03) and I could only order food that was not a lunch special. So I asked if I could order the same dish listed on the lunch menu from the regular menu--the only thing different between these two dishes is the price (8 euro versus 14 euro). He old me that yes, I could order the rice noodle dishes from the regular menu no problem and pay 14 euro, but they could not honor the lunch menu (which still had another hour left on it) "because the kitchen was closed". I will add that the whole time he spoke to me he glared at me in such an angry, aggressive, and hateful way that I was stunned. I remained polite throughout the ridiculous interaction, and I left more from the hateful behavior of the waiter than from his dishonesty (I will add I have never see this man, at the other location or elsewhere, and when I have gone to the other location people have been great and I have always tipped generously). This restaurant obviously needs to exercise better judgment when selecting their servers. I would starve before stepping foot into this establishment again.

Excellent vegan food but the WORST service I have experienced in a while. It should have been a sign when I stepped in for dinner Thursday night and no one greeted me. Finally I was seated and it went downhill from there. Definitely noticed I was ignored as a solo diner vs couples and tables with 2+ people. There were only 2 staff serving the busy restaurant it seemed. I was not given utensils or even a napkin and had to chase the staff for followup orders. Cash only as well.

Excellent vegan restaurant! Friendly staff and nice food! The menu is impressive with warm, cold and rawfood dishes! My favorite: mango salad and Glücks rollen! Amazing! Their warm soup noodles are also nice in the cold weather!Definitely will go again!

Greatest Service, excellent vegan food. A great variety of origin tastes. Even the soft crisp of a vegan duck as a part of a very tasty soup with fresh ingredients...yeah, gives you good energy. Trust me. I ate there with a group.

Prices and food were corresponding. The food is super delicious and the staff is very friendly. Try the orange lemonade - you won’t be disappointed. At the same time the location is convenient.
